i just got inspired by blarneystoned to start keeping a journal of what i eat and how i move throughout the day. i used to do this, and it seemed to have an effect on me, and i've been meaning to start it up again in order to get things moving, but i keep not doing it, being too worried at what i might see, i guess. anyway, i thought, hmmn, maybe other people here are thinking the same thing. why not make a challenge of it for this week! keep an accurate journal of what you eat throughout the day, what exercise you do, and whether or not it met your goal for the day. see if it makes a difference in how you notice your own habits after a week.

anybody else in?
