I know, I know...it seems like I'm announcing this a little prematurely, but I can't tell you how many times I hear people say that they want to lose ten pounds, tone up, and get that bikini body about 2 weeks before they intend to get in a bikini....When the truth of the matter is, it's much easier if you start planning farther out....
After all, if you want to lose ten pounds at a rate of 1-2 lbs a week, and you want to be in tank tops/bikini in April, you'd want to start between 5 and 10 weeks out, which would be right....about....now.
