Hey guys.
I know I have been super-crap at updating in here and I apologise. I am however doing a lot better lately and need to get firmly back on the healthy track. I am trying to come up with a meal plan or something along those lines - and I need your help.
I want to know what am I meant to eat! You hear so many things such as 5 fruit/veg per day, 2-3 servings of oily fish per week, and I would really like to just get all these 'musts' down in one place so I can work out my plan.
So tell all girls and boys.
