SOME TIPS: 1) If you have On Demand, use the exercise TV videos, they have ones that range from 10 minutes to one hour workouts. They are perfect for targeting certain areas, or for getting some cardio without a boring treadmill.
2) Even if you're just trying to focus on loosing weight more than gaining muscle, include weights, and strength training into your workouts. For every pound of muscle you have your body burns 50 calories while just resting. (i heard that on Biggest Loser, i believe that 50 calories was the exact amount, but i could be off a little)
3) Plan your meals and snacks ahead of time. This is most important when you plan to be out all day. Make your food in the morning or the night before to bring. This works really well for me during school.
