Here's the dilemma: I'm halfway through my detox, and feeling pretty pathetic. I've done well though, and I have yet to cave in and have some caffiene... I'm pretty headachy and stuff though. Only a couple more days to go!
Since I tore the tendons in my ankle, I've been unable to get around much at all, and the weight I've worked my butt off to lose is starting to pile back on.
I need some help here... hopefully you guys can help me! What are some things I can try and do to get a little bit of exercise in without being on my feet? I've got a couple of 2lb and 6-7lb hand weights, and boxing gloves at home, but that's about it.
I'm really not feeling too good about the gain, but I guess not being able to even walk without crutches (let alone exercise) is the culprit.
