some foods that i've been loving & are healthy too:
having a piece of toast with something on it like:
- fried egg whites w/ ketchup
-peanut butter
-non fat cottage cheese
stoney feild farm low fat yogurt (strawberry and banilla)
pineapple
apples
bananas
turkey, tuna or chicken wraps
Welches fruit snack gummies
Smart Start Antioxidants cereal
low fat raspberry frozen yogurt
and one of my favorites: SMOOTHIE!

ingredients for my smoothie:
Low fat vanilla frozen yogurt
frozen banana
low fat strawberry and banilla yogurt
milk
