i followed a link in my gmail to self magazine online, and found this 10-minute workout that claims it'll burn 100 calories. not bad! thought i'd post it for those interested. i'm definitely going to try it out.

.. and actually, if you search around in their fitness section, they have a load of archived videos of different workouts. good for finding something new to do!

I drink water rarely, and I mean rarely! There's no reason for that! The benefits of water are just so great to ignore. So, for the next 100 days, I'm going to drink 700 glasses of water. I've made it sooo bloody easy on myself: I bought a little plastic pitcher for one dollar at Target a few days back, and today I measured it out to see how much it holds: exactly 7 glasses of water! (For those who don't know, one glass of water equals eight fluid ounces, and eight fluid ounces equals one cup.) Drinking just seven cups of water a day is not a hard thing.
