Yes, it is a new year, and so I will be starting out fresh with the Countdown. :)
So, I did kind of slack off the past week and gained a little more. Darn... Well, today is the start of a new year of getting things taken care of. ( Da Numbers )

Happy New Years everyone! I hope everyone had a great holiday season, and I wish everyone good luck on their resolutions and plans and what not.
Time for a quick healthy holiday post mortem.
Food: relatively healthy except for the occassional truffle. My mom bought me a jumbo bag of Lindt truffles, the remainder of which are being bought to work today. Otherwise, I've been eating lots of soups, veggies, and lean protein. Drink: horrendous. Entirely too much drinking this holiday season. I'm laying off for a few weeks or so. Plus, I've been doing SO bad with water. Exercise: Fair to poor. I'm averaging about twice a week, and on those two days, I do great, but I've been laying SO low the other days....it's kind of that winter hibernation thing, you know?
So my holiday make up plan (not to be confused with a resolution *winks*): 1. MORE WATER! 2. More exercise. Now that I'm going back to work (I took a lot of vacation and did nothing but lounge around), I'm going to walk 30 mins a day at work at least 3x a week during lunch. 3. Aside from walking, exercise 2-3x a week. 4. I'm going to try to keep doing what I'm doing with my food...truffles aside, and no drinks for a bit.
I think the most important thing is the exercise bit. I've been having such a hard time dragging myself out because it's perpetually cold, dark, and snowy here. Ugh. Any motivational words, tips, or advice to get this girl moving???
