NEW YEAR GOALS to get healthy
1. dont give up on myself. Dont stop trying until i reach my goals.
2. exercise at least 4 times a week.
3. weigh between 138 - 142 lbs by March 1st. [thats about 2 lbs a week] I'll make a longer term goal once i reach that one.
4. Dont make excuses, just do it.
tomorrow i go back to my healthy life style. im actually really excited!
