I don't think there will be a diet update this week. I am on vacation and so I won't be weighing in at work like I usually do. Part of me is glad about that. I have been sick for almost a week now, and so I haven't been getting my walking in like I should be doing. I must watch my eating better.
I hope you are all having a great build up to the holidays. :)
