I'm addicted to dairy now. I do have the risk of developing osteoporosis later in life, so I figured that all the calcium that I'm getting is good. But, is it possible to have too much dairy?? Here's my dairy deal:
I drink around 36 oz of skim milk per day. I usually have some amount of cheese per day. I eat about 3/4 cup of ice cream almost every day (there're no-fat no-sugar kinds!).
I feel like that's not too much, but I'm not accounting for other random sources of calcium and stuff. How much is too much?

HEY EVERYONE! you might remember me, i used to post a decent amount.
well here's what happened to me: I pretty much gave up. Which is the 839059385 time. I try to get in shape and the last time (which was when i was posting here) i actually lost some weight. Since then, i've gained it all back.
for some reason i just have no inspiration to lose weight. I want to get back on track again. so help me out please!!! and i want to start posting here again.
