Hello all!
I had a great weekend...socially, but of course, because it was good socially, that means it was pretty much the worst diet weekend ever! On Friday, we went to dinner for a friend's birthday; on Saturday my friends from NYC came to visit, and of course we went out for dinner, drinks, and brunch the next day, and on Sunday, we went to my parents' house for my belated birthday dinner. Bottom line: too much restaurant food, too many drinks, and not enough exercise. And of course, Thanksgiving is right around the corner!

Bottom line....I am back on the wagon with a vengance! For me, when I'm trying to make up for a not so healthy weekend, that means more fruits and veggies, more water, more activity, no white starch, and no alcohol. Just curious...what do you guys do when you're on damage control?
