It's another early weigh in this week. I am going to be off work the next two nights, so I thought I would check the numbers tonight.

Okay, this might be a little tougher than I thought.
The Vitamin D part is okay. The multi vitamin I take has 100% of the daily recommend, but the Calcium isn't quite so easy. Two yogarts was only 40%. My multivitamin only has 16%. If I did the milk route it would be pretty easy, but it's not the lowest calorie wise. Part of me says, thank goodness I am past the formative years. I did eat a lot of dairy when I was a kid. :p
