Alright, everyone...the one week water challenge is up! This week's challenge was to drink 2 liters of water a day for a week.

How did everyone do????

Did anyone use any tricks or tips to get their 2 liters in? Did you experience any noticeable benefits like increased energy, improved mood, clearer skin, decreased hunger, weight loss, or any other good stuff? Comment about it, and let us know!

I was thinking it might be cool if we shared healthy recipes on here....I'm always interested in trying new stuff, and I'm sure you guys have some great suggestions. If we all posted healthy recipes for snacks, meals, and the like, I'm sure we'd all have tons of yummy, new, healthy things to try!
