Hard to believe it's been a week already! This week's challege was to try and get at least 30 minutes of activity on 5 out of 7 days this week....any kind of exercise, cumulative or continuous.

So how did everyone do????? What type of exercise did you do? Did you use any tricks to squeeze activity into your busy day? Did anyone experience any benefits (better sleep, less stress, weight loss, etc.) by getting more activity?
