Well, I've done 1 day of the 5 needed for the challenge, I had my PT session yesterday!
I started off doing a 5 minute warmup on the crosstrainer/elliptical, then my session, which was weight-based, but I did some lunges and hovers as well. Hovers are where you lay on your stomach with your elbows on the floor, and then you lift your stomach and hips off the floor, and hold it. It's really good for your core and lower back muscles! I managed to hold it for 15-20 seconds, but I was shaking like a leaf!
My trainer has given me homework - next time she sees me, she's expecting me to be able to hold the hover for 30 seconds, so I better get practicing!
