Challenge Time!!!!!- Get Ready, Get Set, Get Moving! [24 Sep 2007|01:18pm]

We got such good participation on the last challenge that we thought it would be great to do it again, but this week's challenge is a little bit different.

Your mission, should you decide to accept it.....

Is to get 30 minutes of any physical activity for 5 out of the next 7 days!
- Any physical activity counts- walking, running, pilates, yoga, weights, you name it.
- It doesn't have to be all at once- three ten minute walks count too!

Next Monday, we'll post a wrap up post to see how everyone did!

The point behind this challenge is simple. A lot of times it's soooo easy to say that you don't have thirty minutes or that you won't get any tangible benefits from thirty minutes of exercise, but neither of these claimes could be any further from the truth!
