Hey, everyone! I hope everyone's been doing well...Sorry I haven't been so good on the commenting end lately- my router at home is broken. = ( Hopefully that should be cleared up soon though. (Thanks to SCC for posting the proper link on my previous post!)

I kinda quit the low carb thing. I'm not really counting carbs at this point, I'm just trying to eat as little processed food/carbs as possible, but I'm still eating fruit, brown rice, beans and the like. I did decide to include protein with my fruit, and that's been working pretty well. I think going too low carb was making me moody and sapping my energy for my workouts. lol..

I started running again, and I'm really enjoying it. I'm basically running outside for about 30 minutes 2 x a week, and then I do the elliptical at the gym 1-2 a week, and everything else is weight training and pilates. So far so good! I forgot how much I liked running and basically being able to workout whenever, wherever, and I think the cross training aspect is working well so far.. I think my body was kind of bored with the elliptical, even though I really like it. ; )
