Hey all... how's things been going? I've been keeping up with my routine, and was rewarded with another small loss... which is good! And... on Wednesday, I start the 12 Week Challenge at my gym... consisting of 12 PT sessions, one a week, and other bits and pieces (I haven't officially started yet, so I'll find out more details then) So here's hoping I don't kill myself... and get good results!
