Okay, so we've all had this problem, right? Cellulite on our hips, thighs, and butt caused by fatty tissue. It doesn't just look icky, it makes us feel icky. My question is, since this is a topic that relates to health and fitness, are there any methods you've known that help reduce and get rid of the unwanted cellulite? I've heard the whole exercise, drink lots of water, and eat healthy foods thing and there's probably no quick solution, but what helps? I've also heard that those topical creams don't really do the trick. So short of some sort of surgery, what are the options that work?
