Man - I am so tired it's not funny! My other half convinced me to go for a walk with him. We have a local protected forest nearby, and it has walking trails all through it... and I was talked into going in there for "a little while" for a walk. I was promised that the trail would be downhill. Well, it was, to start with. The highlights of the walk? Seeing a couple of wallabies (think of a kangaroo, but a lot smaller) and hearing a really angry cockatoo screaming it's lungs out... and the end, of course. Because I walked for TWO AND A HALF HOURS straight. Yeah, that's right. Me, the girl who's proud of herself when she completes a 30 min workout at the gym... walked around in bushland all morning. I looked it up on calorie king, and the estimate is that I burnt off 2032 calories. Yah. Big. And that's why I'm looking forward to going to bed tonight!
