Last week I lost almost 5 lbs. I knew this week wasn't going to be as good, but how can this possibly have happened? I gained all that back and then some. I ate more than I should have, yes, but it couldn't have been THAT bad. ( Disappointing Numbers )

Hi lovelies (yes, Jon, that includes you)!
I just have one question about calories... On the weekend I bought a Calorie counter book & food diary (the official calorieking.com ones) and I was just wondering if anyone would be able to help me out... I've been recording everything with no problem, it's just that I've noticed I seem to be a fair way under the limit I was set. When I joined calorieking.com.au, I did the evaluation and I was set a target of 1680 net calories a day, that is after exercise. Yesterday, however, my net calories were only 1006, and I was very satisfied. Stuffed, in fact. The only thing I'm doing different since starting the food diary is avoiding takeaway, because I seemed to slip back into the habit of eating it once or twice a week, after dinner, as another meal. The rest of my meals are the same size etc... Guess I should get to the point.. if I'm not hungry, should I keep eating until I meet the target, or is it ok to be consuming so little calories?
