Back again!
Hi to all the new members, it's awesome to see some fresh faces! If you need anything, just holler!

Anyway, just another week of maintenance for me, I'm afraid.
I've been going to the gym 3 days a week for about 45 minutes a session, and eating fairly well, and I've been maintaining quite easily, so it's time to step things up a notch.
I bought a calorie counter book and food diary from the gym this morning (they're actually written by the founder of the Calorie King websites!) and I'm going to start handwriting my intake and looking everything up in the book, and I might end up learning something!
I've booked another assessment at the gym next weekend, so I'll get some feedback there...
I took my measurements again for the first time in months, and a new set of body photos (eek)... so I'll post them for everyone's critical eyes.. under a cut, of course.

Just a quick question. Does anyone here detox? If so what type do you do? How regularly? etc.
I'm actually trying to get my boyfriend to do one and he is quite willing to try it but am not quite sure what would be good for him. I have previously just stuck to a fruit/vege detox and lots of water which has worked for me although he didn't seem too keen on that. So if anyone has any tips/ideas, i'd love to know.
