Well, I'm back. Back on Blurty, back at work, back from Long Island, and back on the wagon.
Let's just say that eating at my in-laws' isn't the healthiest. It was all about portion control.
Not too bad, but not too great either. I don't think any real damage has been done, but I need to get back in the groove of working out and eating healthy.
I'm kind of seeing the results of my hard work though.. I rocked my bikinis on the beach, and I was looking pretty decent if I do say so!
Within the week, I want to go to the gym 4 x.
Anyone else have any exercise plans/commitments for the week?
