Well, I think this is another week without a weigh in. Fingers crossed that things are going up too much. I was on vacation last week and so I didn't get on the scale, I use one at work, and I am taking off again this week. So actually it will be a couple of more weeks before I get on the scale. I am off for a week and a half now.
Please let me be good and not to crazy enjoying myself. Although with having to watch my salt intake now, it's a little harder to be really naughty. :p Of course what the doctor doesn't know. hehehe... No, I really am trying.
So I hope you are all having a great Summer so far, and staying cool.
