Here are some things I've been doing to avoid the plethora goodies around:
Bagged items such as chips or pretzels: paint my nails to keep hands out of bags sweet items such as cookies: tea with splenda flavored coffee: there is no substitute wine: I just give in
so coffee & wine seem to be my current culprits (any ideas on those two?)
