Well, I've had my fun eating crap and enjoying the holidays.

I gotta tell ya, while I haven't gained, all that unhealthy eating made me feel like crap! I feel like my body's revolting against me in punishment. Ick. Supplements are no substitute for real, healthy food.

And now, I'm back on the wagon!
*Steps back on the wagon with 2 liters of water and an armful of produce*

Who's with me??

What's your plan??
My 5 point plan:
1. 5+ a day of fruits and veggies
2. Eat real food (whole foods that have 1 ingredient like a banana or chicken..)
3. 2+ liters of water
4. Exercise: 2 gym visits, 2 dvds a week
5. Minimize alcohol

heyy yall. I know I haven't been around for SO long. I come in and out. Well, just to update, ever since I left Renfrew, I've lost about 10 pounds. I do feel a whole heck of a lot better buttttt I've gotten out of the habit of eating regular meals. i've been eating one HUGE meal in the middle of the day but that'll be it, and sometimes after that I"ll have to work out for 30 minutes. Other days, I won't eat at all. I know, it's absolutely horrible.

But I have a dance audition coming up in 3 weeks, I'm going to audition for a cruise ship and I want o be in top shape and my healthiest. How should i go about that? I feel like i have to really buckle down for a while but I want to be safe. Essshh. How was everyone's Christmas? Please let me know how you're doing! Support is always helpful :-)
