Hey girls!
I hope everyone's been doing well. Things on my front are good. Weight-wise, I've managed to stay pretty much the same, although my eating hasn't really been that healthy.You know, the ususal holiday reasons: parties, alcohol, get-togethers, general busy-ness. Plus, after the party, we had all these super unhealthy leftovers. Staying the same is its own victory during the holiday I guess though.
I'm trying to focus back on lots of fruits and veggies (orange, banana, v8, broccoli, etc), salmon, and water, water, water. I just can't seem to remember to drink it. We're even getting back to the gym, and today, I'm making the all-important soup!
Lately, I'm all about seltzer with a splash of blueberry juice. Talk about a tasty dose of antioxidants!
On a personal note, I got a new dog, and I did really well in school! (an A and an A-!)
