So how is everyone doing??
I am really working the pilates lately. My new fave dvd is Denise Austin's Hit the Spot Pilates, because it has several different 10 minute targeted workouts, so you can combine them in different ways depending on which body part you want to focus on and depending on how much time you have. I also like it because it incorporates ballet and yoga too!
Dietwise, I'm trying to get more variety...I am going veg. 2x a week, trying to have fish at least 1x a week, and just trying to mix it up a bit in general that way it's not just chicken, chicken, chicken.
Sugar free hot cocoa with calcium is the best thing ever!
Does anyone have any holiday tips? Tips in general? What's working; what's not? Dish! <3 N
