Lately, I'm super inspired to eat healthy and exercise more.
I want my pilates abs back in time for my holiday party, and I want to look smashing when I have to get into my suits in January.
I had kind of fallen into the trap of thinking that:
1. I have no time to exercise; and 2. If I don't exercise formally and workout for like 40 minutes at a time, it's not worth it.
I was WRONG! I've gotten back into my mini workouts (10-30 minutes of exercises-pilates, yoga, upper/lower body exercises, whatever), and they're absolutely making a difference.
I've also been sticking to my meal plan which is... 1) 3 liters of water a day (such an effort, but worth it) 2) 2 servings green tea 3) 5-9 servings F/V a day 4) lots of protein, including some soy 5) minimal processed carbs (including alcohol) 6) eating by the clock-every 3-4 hours 7) lots of omega 3s- salmon, avocado, fish oil supps
I want to be fit, and I want to be radiantly healthy. I think we all owe it to ourselves. My point? Everyone's got ten minutes! Who's with me?
