| Potato Chip Option |

I used to really love Lay's potato chips when I was in high school and younger, but I've since given them up because there's very little good in them (just potatoes and loads of fat). Instead I eat Glenny's soy crisps (my favorite: the lightly salted kind).
(omg . . . I sound like an infomercial. :)
Anyway, if you can find them (I found them at Walgreen's of all places, not a grocery store), I definitely recommend them (they're about 99 cents per small 1.3 oz. There are other flavors too: caramel, white cheddar, cheddar, barbeque, apple cinnamon, creamy ranch, etc.
Below's a comparison of Lay's and Glenny's chips with nutritional facts:

Anyone have a healthier solution to potato chips?

Just out of curiousity (because I am a dumbass):
When you cook aubergines - do you leave the skin on and eat it? Do you call them egg-plants maybe? The big purple things.
Thanks!
