Want to have your bagel and eat it too? Check out Lenders Light bagels: at only 130 calories per bagel and with 7g of protein and a whopping 14 g of fiber, you can eat 'em without guilt (not to mention being full foooorrreeever due to all that fiber-that's like half of what you need in a day right there!) They're 71 g each too, so the serving size is pretty decent, AND they taste more like white than wheat for any bagel purists out there. Check these out!

So, today I'm going for the no-white-carb (actually no bread, or tortilla period...) and nothing but water and tea only today and If It goes well today, I'll keep it up tomorrow and so on... I'm watching my fats too, obviously... So I'll let you guys know how that works out!
PLUS, I'm not smoking today... yeah... I'm thinking of this as a challenge
The plan:
B - Omelette (2 eggs + low-fat turkey ham + cheese and onion) ( Read more... ) L - 1 can tunafish with tomato and onion and more veggies ( Read more... ) Snack - 1 apple ( cals ) Dinner - Slimfast shake ( cals ) Snack - Carrots + water water water and green tea and iced tea (5 cals per serving!) ;)
Let me know if you can think of snacks that could be added to my plan 'cause now that I think about it, its pretty low on cals... :( no bread!
