Sorry that I haven't really been that active in this community, but most of you already know the reason why. I just wanted to check in and see how everyone's doing. I hope you all are doing good. Sorry I haven't also commented in your journals as well... been a bit busy with school, work and life in general. But remember that I ♥ you all!!!

Progress, interviews, and less wine [26 Oct 2006|04:25pm]

My goals:
1. Workout 30 mins, 3x a week (I've been reaaaally bad about this- esp w/ school and not feeling good.)
2. Minimum of 5+ servings F/v a day
3. Minimum of 2 liters of water a day. (I'm so bad about this.)
4. Eat 5-6x a day. (I've been forgetting my snacks!)

1. Errr...I've had guests over for dinner Tu/Wed, and I have class M/Th..so far I've gotten 20 out of 90. Not so good.
2. Yes!
3. Yes!
4. Yes!

I really, really, really need to work on exercise. I am so doing that tomorrow, no matter what! If I go all out this weekend, I can still make my goals for the week.

I am so tired.

The interviews went really well! Thanks for all the good wishes, girls! More details on how everything went are in my journal.

so, i am posting this here because i am soo sooo proud!

I lost 5.5 pounds.
I havent binged in 10 days!
I only overate last Monday and Sunday.
And I am being incredibly healthy!

I have never felt so good, seriously. Even though I am not as thin as I would like to be, being healthy and having a stable diet is the best thing in the world.

I am so happy.
