Alright girls, it's Monday.. If you haven't come up with a plan, it's not too late. Remember, it can be anything! Getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, getting enough nutrition, using Fit Day, getting enough protein, getting enough fruits and veggies...or any combination or number of things. Here are some useful links!
5 a day- What's a serving? Track your fruits and veggies! Protein calculator-you'll need a tape measure to use the calculator for lean body mass first, so make sure you have one handy. Fit Day-if you're using this to track nutrition, you can add your vitamins and all their nutrients in the "add a custom food" section.
