Hi! I’m new to Blurty Journal, and I thought I’d join a community that has similar goals to me. I’m a bit heavy to be honest but wanting to be thin and in good shape by this time next year.

I like doing Charity walks and playing Dance Dance Revolution and swimming. My goal is to cut about another fifty pounds bringing me down to about two hundred and twenty. Or turning that into muscle weight if I have the choice. :D

Hello Everybody. Im back - and ready to be healthy. I read something interesting today and I thought I would share it with you.

You should drink warm water first thing in the morning, it goes through the system really quickly. If you drink cold water its a shock to stomach and slows everything down so digestion afterwards will be slower.
