I've been using Fit Day religiously for the past week or so, I've been running reports, and guess what I found?? For the past week, not even once have I had enough magnesium...I probably never get enough. I found this to be pretty surprising since I take a zillion supplements, including a multivitamin & mineral sup, and since I eat fairly well. I didn't realize it was so hard to get enough, and I figured alot of people out there are probably deficient on it, sooooooo here's an article on magnesium. It's really good, and it includes all sorts of information, including foods rich in magnesium. Note that most supplements don't contain nearly enough--my multi contains only 12% A good bet? Calcium supps with D and Magnesium.

AH! Since my nutritionist appointment on Monday, i feel so much INCREDIBLY better! I didnt want to let her weigh me because i SERIOUSLY, no joke pigged out ALL weekend on brownie batter and such...buttttt when she weighed, i was down 3 pounds from 3 weeks ago, so I'm on track! I was TOTALLY surprised! Our goal has been to lose one pound a week until I'm comfortable in my clothes and, more importantly, my own body. I have a random question about hummus...about it's nutrient contents, so maybe I'll L-J cut this just to be on the safe side.
