After hearing others rave about it, I finally got going on Fit Day, and I really like it, especially now that I entered and saved all the info on my fave foods. I like the reports feature too; it shows you any nutritional deficiencies in your plan, and it provides some serious motivation to take your vitamin! That only shows up in the report if you enter and save the nutitional info on your vitamin in the custom foods section though.. Anyhow, here's the plan!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Im gonna gain so much if i dont stop eating so mucccch. My mum made the best small cakes with chocolate at the top [sort of muffin] agaaaaaain. Theyre soooooooooooooooooo yummy ='(

hey girls! I'm finally back at college, I've been here for 2.5 weeks and that has certainly minimized my binges. I feel so much better! I have my nutritionist appointment on monday, but i'm so nervous because i haven't been in a month! So i reallyyyy hope I'm a few pounds down to reach my goal! AND I contacted the Food and Nutrition Advisor today and we have a meeting tomorrow...I'm almost positive that's my major! I'm so excited, i want to become a registered dietician/nutritionist so i can help many many people feel better about themselves :-) Yay, college is AMAZING!
