I think it's too easy to believe no one cares when you don't care enough about yourself to see it. Not everyone will understand or "get it" but that doesn't mean they don't want to help... if you let them... and if you give yourself the chance to be helped... and if you give yourself the chance to help yourself. I ate pretty healthy today,but nothing organized and specific. Tomorrow I'm going for 2 servings of dairy, 5 + servings of fruits and veggies, plenty of protein, and lots of omega 3s!Also, I gotta really push the fluids...I've been SO bad about that lately. Anyhow, this is basically my plan for the next few weeks, except more whole grain carbs (beans, whole wheat pasta, brown rice) every other day..
As far as exercise, I'm not feeling so well at the moment, so I'm going to give myself a few days to just stretch a bit and maybe do a few arm exercises and such, and hopefully by Monday or Tuesday, at latest, I should be able to get in the full swing of things. I'm thinking pilates/yoga 2x a week, Core Secrets/weights 2x a week, intense cardio at least 1x a week.
