8:33pm: Entertainment
Watching "Enterprise" . . . or as it's called "Star Trek: Enterprise." It's a really screwed-up episode. I'm pretty sure I saw an episode of "Voyager" that had the same plot. And "Voyager" probably got it from "Deep Space Nine." More than likely, "Deep Space Nine" got it from "The Next Generation." And of course, "The Next Generation" got it from "The Animated Series." "The Animated Series" very much grabbed the idea from "Star Trek."

Or some sort of variation of this story that has mutated into this thing.

Anyways, while this is on, I'm also taping "Ed" and "Smallville" - and then "The West Wing" is on at 9. Craziness. Craziness indeed.

So, anyways, I wrote a private blurty earlier, but let's not worry about that. I was pretty upset over all the crap that Tricia has been through and cried on the phone to her about it. I'm kind of embarassed about it, but it's just unfair that she's been through all this shit and . . . ugh . . . yeah. I don't wanna go into all right now.

I picked up my comics. All set to read "Hush." This storyarc has been building for a year and I'm pretty excited to see how it'll end.

So, to review the entertainment of the night . . . 4 hour long tv shows followed by 12 issues of a Batman comic book.

Oh yeah. It doesn't get any better than this, I tell ya . . .

10:49pm: The subject of Gwen the car comes crashing in
So Eric, being the irresponsible idiot he is, has homecoming dance on Saturday and he hasn't ordered a corsage yet for his date. So, he wants to do this tomorrow. Problem - I have to pick-up Jake from preschool at 5:00-5:15 PM. Eric wants to walk up to Acme while I'm working, pick-up my car, order his corsage, then bring the car back.

I told him I didn't want to do that because the last thing I wanted was to have to deal with this complication. WELL, that opened a whole can of worms! Dad and I actually YELLED and ARGUED about it. Oh yes, that's right. I got in a fight with my father. Shocking, isn't it?

And this is far from the first time it's come up and Eric's won about it. This is the fourth time that Eric has wanted the car and I've been denied. I'm sick of it.

I'm not going to put up this crap anymore. I don't care how much it's going to cost me, but I am giving that man $110.50 a month. I have a check right here that is going to put a stop to it. If this is the way it's going to go, then it's the way it's going to go.
