: Didn't I once have something inside my skull . . .? It was gray, I think.
Ugh.
Ugh ugh.
After two nights of not getting a lot of sleep, my brain has become a black hole, sucking up everything and sending into another deminsion.
I started my script for "Shi'ar." It's the story of the devastated Shi'ar empire, lead by Empress Lilandria. After much destruction was wroung to the fine, fine empire, she battles to keep it alive and eventually make it thrive once more. After I'm done scripting the first issue, I'll send it into Epic (Marvel's new imprint) and see if I have a job or not. Surprisingly enough, the script isn't half bad.
I think I'll be heading up to Kent in the Winter. More info as it comes down the wire.
Last issue of "Black Panther" came out last week. A nice bow for the old supporting characters, and definetly a good story. But it wasn't quite what I wanted. But hey, at least there's hope for a mini-series down the road.
Oh! Here's one for you. Despite my already busy fanfic schedule (including "Mars Chronicles" [which needs a new name, might I add], "Masters of the Universe: The Crossroads of Destiny", "Blockbuster," and "Bullets and Blades"), my brain has been firing new ideas for a Star Trek/Star Wars crossover.
I forbade myself from writing it a number of years ago. It seems everything time I try and do it, something bad happens. Don't know why, barely remember what, but all I know is that it's cursed.
And, for that matter, who out there HASN'T done a Star Trek/Star Wars crossover?
But still . . . the image of Captain Kirk battling Darth Vader is just too cool to say "no" to. But I'll try anyways. Sure would be fun, though . . .
