: Home Alone . . . sorta, Part One
Hola everybody! Gosh, it's been a long time since I've up-dated with anything significant, huh? Well, here's something! Vacation was fun and I'll get around to talking about that later. In the meantime . . .
My parents are on a cruise this weekend, leaving me and Eric alone for the weekend. Because we've got my Mom's fear genes, we've got half the lights on downstairs. I've got my hammer and Eric's got his knife by our bedsides, along with phones. Paranoid? Yes.
Smokey seems to realize that they're not here. I was just downstairs peeing and spotted him on my parents bed, fast asleep. He really misses those two. It's probably weird for him not to have my Mom and Dad in there. It's weird for me not to have them here.
I doubt I'll sleep tonight, despite (or perhaps because of) my early and LONG shift tomorrow. I gotta drive the van because my Dad is always taking Eric's side when it comes to Gwen. Makes me mad and I might have to have a talk with him about this when he gets home.
I can't seem to get motivated about school. I should have called Genny Epling months ago. I need to fill out my application. I need to find my ACT and SAT scores. Why am I so lazy?
