: My Chronicle of a Cinemia (part 1)
Tuesday, April 22, 2003
I just happen to be on-line at the same time as Greg Malson. He informs me that our friend Alex has been "screwed up" by his group in his video productions. I have been asked to meet with Alex at 7:00 PM so I can help them. I show up prompty at 7, and with Greg and Minler (Tyler), we develop a story/plot/script for a movie. This movie will later by known as "Hyper-Destiny Tenchiton". We have two weeks.
Wednesday, April 23, 2003
I drop off cardboard at Alex's house so that the "Tenchiton armors" can be constructed. I still prefer calling them the "FFF" and the "GGG" armors. I grow a little worried when the shooting scheduled is thown into limbo. I grow a mustache for my part in the movie.
Thursday, April 27-May 1, 2003
No one was shot anything and I'm beginning to feel lift outta the loop. Alex calls a few times and seems a bit too annoyed that I work. I tell him when I can help out and he asks me to.
Satuday, May 3, 2003
I arrive at Alex's house, ready to film at long last. I insist that I leave at 6 so I can go to Land of Cran, then to see Tricia around 7. Of course, this means that we don't actually do anything until 5:30 and I don't get away until 6:20. Everyone seems peeved, but I don't care. It turns out that I should have . . .

Greg, Travis, Minler, Jason, and Alex film outside, night time scenes.
Tuesday, May 6, 2003
2:30 PM - I recieve from a near-panicky Alex, asking me to help him out. I tell I can't b/c I have to work. He asks me to pick up Greg on my way to the Fresh. I comply.
3:59 PM - I pick-up Greg and tell him I'll be back at 9:00
9:00 PM - I return, and then am asked to help out. I get changed and pick-up pop. The project is due in 13 hours. I believe it can be done. We only need to finish shooting, building backgrounds that will be inserted onto blue screens, edit, make music, record voice-overs and edit somemore.
10:00 PM - Greg and I complelte construction of the ultimate fighthing robot Slabot! It battles with Minler (Ramocheese) until 10:45, which makes his Mom peeved. His bedtime was at 10:00.
11:00 PM - Greg makes backgrounds, Alex edits. I call Tricia and let her know what's going on. My faither diminishes once I realize just how far behind we are.
12:00 AM - Alex gets cranky, but finishes editing the first 2 minutes of the movie. 2 down, 28 to go. Greg finishes his second background - in two days.
1:00 AM - I put on the Slabot armor. Hilarity ensues.
2:00 AM - Greg and Alex go into their roles as Master Gator and Lord Lightning. They fight and I film. Alex then goes off to edit somemore. I'm getting nervous.
3:00 AM - Me and Greg waste film explaining what we're going to be doing.
4:00 AM - I dying out, but I'm not gone yet. Alex gets bitchy, Greg works on backgrounds and music.
5:00 AM - I catch a second wind. I laugh my ass off at Greg, but I don't really remember why. My faith is nearly gone by just how late/early it is and how little we have done.
6:00 AM - I fetch doughnuts. Alex breaks down. Greg tries to do voice-overs.
7:00 AM - Still left with a (as Alex stated) "screwed-up" plot, mounds of editing, missing music, missing voice-overs, and "missing scenes," I declare that I am no longer needed. I go home to prepare myself, telling Alex I'll pick him up at 9:15 and take him to school. The project is due at 10:00 AM.
The rest of the story when I get home from that fan-friggin-fuckin-tastic adventures.
