Here is the first response I have gotten from NWA about my dissatisfaction with their rescheduling of my flight. So much help. NOT.......
Dear Mr. Hayenga,
RE: Case Number 7874315
I am truly sorry for your disappointment with the schedule change for your upcoming trip and understand this adjustment will prevent you from meeting certain obligations. We have made every effort to rebook your reservations on flights timed as closely as possible to your original schedule.
If the new schedule does not meet your requirements, I encourage you to contact one of our reservations sales agents for further assistance. They can be reached at one of the following numbers.
- Delta Air Lines - 1-800-221-1212 - Northwest Airlines - 1-800-225-2525
Be assured I will be sharing your concerns with our Network Planning and Analysis leadership team for their future consideration with flight changes in this market.
Sincerely,
Brittni Kreft Customer Care Northwest/KLM/Delta Air Lines
