Hatha Yoga

You are a reflective, patient sort of person who is not bothered by spending time alone - in fact, you often enjoy it and value it highly. You're relatively new to the world of exercise and fitness, so you probably don't want to start out doing anything too extreme. A great way for you to start getting serious about exercise would be to take up Hatha Yoga.

What most people refer to as yoga, in general, is almost always hatha yoga. This particular system of yoga is by far the most popular one. Hatha Yoga tries to achieve balance between body and mind, as well as attempts to free the more subtle spiritual elements of the mind through physical poses or Asanas. Breathing techniques and meditation play an important role in yoga. Many people who aren't enthusiastic about the more traditional types of exercise (running, cycling, etc.) find yoga to be a delightful alternative. It is a workout that can be enjoyed solo or in groups, and people of all fitness levels are able to experience the benefits.

Other types of exercise you might enjoy would include walking and pilates.

My interests picked my Miss Ramona.........

carlson twins Male models that have worked for Abercrombie & Fitch amoungst other. Super gorgeous and to top it off, they are from Minnesota. We grow 'em nice up here. :)
england I have always been in love with the history of England. I think if there is anything to past lives, I was a part of the court of Queen Elizabeth I. Some day when I am old and grey I hope to tour Great Britian.
figure skating I use to LOVE watching all the figure skating competitions on tv. Especially during the Olympics. Sadly, it started to get very political and they are losing the artistry of the sport. Now it is mostly about who can perform the most jumps during their program. :(
ian roberts Ian is/was a rugby player from Australia. He is/was the first player to come out as being gay. And he is HOT!!!!!!!! Yes, I am shallow. :p
nature I love being out in nature. If I could make a living by it, I would love to be a nature photographer. My family spent many Summer vacations in Custer State Park in South Dakota, and a few times we made it out to Yellowstone National Park. I would so love to live there.
teddy bears Teddy bears are one of my big addictions. I see a teddy bear and I just have to have them. lol... The largest part of my collection would be the Santa Bears first started by Daytons. The stores were changed over to Marshall Fields, but they continued with the bears. Then they were sold to Macys which made the bears for a couple of Christmas's, but sadly last years was the final one. I think there was a total of twenty some bears.
