Baking I have been interested in baking since I was a young kid. I was fascinated with cake decorating. I never got into it seriously, but I should.
Football It's one of the few sports I will try to watch. I like it but there are way to many rules and whiny professional "playing" the sport.
Heart Is my ultimate favorite band. I think I have seen them about 5 times. I wish they would tour some more.
Men's Gymnastics Call me shallow, but the guys are HOT. :p
Superman I was a Superman fan even before I thought he was hot. lol... Wouldn't it be cool to have his powers?
Instinct It's a gay magazine. Kind of the gay version of People without all the celebrities.
Fantastic Four Another favorite comic from when I was a kid. I always wanted to be Johnny Storm. Not sure why? Flying fire??? The movies haven't been the greatest, but they sure picked some nice Eye Candy for Johnny Storm. lol...
That's my story and I am sticking with it. :)

YAY it's finally Friday morning...
That means I have a four day weekend to enjoy.
Although there are plenty of things to keep me busy.
Saturday July 12th is my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. You don't see a lot of those any more. Congratulations mom and dad.
In sort of a tribute to my parents, my niece is having her wedding on July 12th. That is kind of sweet of her. They have planned several surprises for my parents too. One of which, although not entirely their work, was my brother and his family that live in Georgia came up for the wedding and anniversary. They are also having a special cake for my parents to cut after the bride and groom cut theirs. My mom is going to be so pissed in a happy way. lol...
So between the wedding, anniversary, and my brother coming up from Georgia, I thought it might be nice to have a couple more days off to enjoy it all. I will be back to work Tuesday night. I am not sure I will catch up with everybody's journals, so I hope if I miss anything special you will point it out to me when I come back.
I also hope to catch up on some sleep. I haven't been getting much lately. I have gotten into a cycle of sleeping a couple hours and waking up. Thankfully, getting a little nap then before coming in to work. Today I woke up to the sound of the weather sirens going off. I was half awake, otherwise I usually sleep right through them. LOL... I got my little nap in, BUT I woke up about 30 minutes before I was suppose to be at work. Talk about moving fast. LoL... Threw my uniform on, grabbed my razor and toothpaste and flew out the door. I got to work about 1 minute before 11. Phew.....
So anyway, I hope you will all have a safe, happy weekend, and I look forward to "seeing" you all next week.
