I am sure most of you have heard about it, but maybe some of you haven't.
There has been a terrible disaster here in Minnesota. A highway bridge spanning the Mississippi River collapsed. It happened shortly before 6pm Central Time, I believe. So far there have been over 60 injuries and 7 reported deaths. They believe there will be more victims to come, but it could have been so much worse.
There was a bus load of young kids that had been out on a field trip. There were 60 kids on the bus, and as far as I know no serious injuries. When the bridge collapsed the bus managed to stay upright on it's wheels.

Well, one thing went right this week in the health department. I actually lost some weight. :)
Now if I could get rid of the dizziness and lower my blood pressure. :(
Today's Weight: 239.1 lbs
Total Lost: -4.6 lbs
I am nearly back to where I started the year out. Then I will really be losing some weight. :)
