PROPOSED LEGISLATION WOULD DESTROY ENDANGERED SPECIES ACT
Rep. Richard Pombo (R-CA), a longtime foe of the Endangered Species Act (ESA), is about to introduce a bill that will dramatically alter the reach of the act.
