Tip: DO NOT keep trigger food in the house. if your hungry stuff yourself with spinach leaves which have a lot of vitamins and are really good for you. eat them dry so that it takes you a loooong time to eat them and by the time u finish, you won't even want to bother with other food. you can eat TONS of spinach (half a small/medium bag of it for 20 cals).

did you know? The Myth: "You are helpless, inadequate and powerless over your life and your eating disorder"
"Although someone with an eating disorder "feels" helpless, dependent and powerless, no one is. We all have what we need to feel OK, adequate and whole. Dwelling on our "helpless thoughts seriously limits our potential to experience our unlimited capabilities."

One word: Swim

Quote: "Our patience will achieve more than our force"

Tip: take a shoe lace or some kind of soft string and tie it around ur waist only slightly smaller than your waist, enough so that you can feel it and so that it'll constantly remind you of your fat tummy and to not eat. Don't tie it too tight or else you'll end up with a stomach ache and lines on your stomach.

did you know? The Myth: "Bulimia is a good way to lose weight -- to have your cake and eat it too"
"Bulimia is a poor weight reduction method. First, it doesn't work (as was concluded in a London study of 500 bulimics where a weight gain of 7-10 pounds occurred for each) and secondly, it is very dangerous and creates an altered biochemical state predisposing one to numerous physiological and psychological problems."

I'm amazed, man, i wish i could look like that under water instead of looking like a fat blob!

"There is a difference between dieting and eating disorders. Eating Disorders may start out as dieting, but the behavior is a coping mechanism for dealing with stress, self-hate, hurt and shame. Tip: buy short shorts and walk around in them, sit down and feel your thighs go ~SPLAT~

did you know? The Myth: "You have to be extremely thin to die or suffer serious damage from an eating disorder"
"This is another one that really warps peoples minds into thinking that they are "ok" because they do not think they do or do not appear to be drastically underweight or emaciated. The sad truth is that ANYONE at ANYTIME can die from an eating disorder. Some people collapse and die of a heart attack at a healthy weight after only six months into the disorder...some go on for years and years at an extremely low weight before they experience any complications. As a matter of fact, most eating disorder sufferers who do end up dying from their disease DO NOT DIE AT LOW WEIGHTS! Please, do not fall victim into thinking this myth is true!!" - crescent life
