career crossroads
i just got a call from eTelecare.
it seems that they've kept my file in reserve and that my name has come up.
i'm going to get interviewed for the position of team leader for one of their groups handling finance.
i'm a little confused right now.
mainly because i have no idea what the role is about, or what i'm going to do once i get there.

i used to be unhappy in my job.
particularly when i was a business consultant doing everything from sales to account management.
i'm actually pretty content here in marketing.

but i'm thinking of moving on.
i've been in this company for 3 years now.
but do i really want to be in a call center environment?
it's going to be so different from what i'm used to.
i don't even know anything about eTelecare.

call center friends...
i need your advice.
