Recently released photos of American soldiers abusing and torturing Iraqi prisoners are provoking a global backlash against our country. We all hope these were the acts of isolated individuals, but Amnesty International is now reporting that that torture and human rights abuses of Iraqi detainees may be occurring routinely. Please join me in calling for an immediate, full, and impartial investigation into all allegations of torture, at:

Although a few U.S. troops already face punishment for the widely reported abuses, "the theory that these horrific acts were committed by a few renegade soldiers has been undercut by charges that the men and women shown in the pictures were actually working at the direction of military intelligence officers," according to the New York Times. With anti-American violence on the rise in Iraq, and a deadline for handing over Iraqi sovereignty less than 2 months away, we need the support of the world community now more than ever. My friend dragged me to Ameoba Records today....I fucking hate that place. Why!? you may ask....for example.....the scene sluts that hang about that place looking to find obscure records...the ones that look through EVERY alblum...new...used....everything....to get something that will suck ass....and will eventually be returned as to get new music that will also probally suck ass. Thats why theres nothing but indie rock and Back Street boys in the used sections!!! very rarely have I returned a punk/oi c.d...why? Cause punk doesn't suck thats why!!!!! When you look through the used section all you see is returned Saves The Day alblums. It makes me sick. Another reason why I hate that place is because THEY ...and I think you know who I'm reffering too...watch what your picking up. There always looking...watching....jugding. I swear to god I saw some indie brat out of the corner of my eye look/judge an alblum I was looking at.....I don't care if it was a used 80's hair metal comp....Def Lepperd is a good band!!!!! sorry if I don't like Sleater Kinny....which SUCKS ASS!!! stupid fucking art school posuer rock. Fuck all that shit....that ain't rock and roll. And by the way...Bikini Kill sounds like a less intellegent rip off of X Ray Spex. Fucking stupid ass riot girls thinking there feminist when there really just another group of slutty girls that joined a band to be cool.

Okay here is my rant yet again about music. So has anyone else noticed that today's music is just remakes of good songs. Why is it that our generation has become stagnant and unimaginative. Lets take that chic that won all the Grammys for example: Okay she has a good voice and whatnot but she is singing songs that have been done and not just done they were great. You can't improve on perfection. Yet she gets all these awards cause people think is a nice refreshing sound. What is so refreshing about songs that have been done before. Then there is Justin Timberlake or whatever his name is.He is not Michael Jackson why does he insist on being Michael. Honestly now. I know that imitation is the greatest for of flattery but this guy has taken this statement to another level. Every time I turn to the music channels there he is pretending to be the king of pop. What is next he is going to get a tan and become black like Mike used to be. Will I see him with a chimp named soapy. Then there is the rappers you know the ones that have one good song then remix it and sing it with different people and call it new. Can you say beating a dead horse. Then even the great ones have fallen( No doubt, Manson, orgy and pearl jam) Iam sure you can think of more. You know what I am talking about these were the once original bands that now have sold out or ran out of ideas and have begun to sing "cover songs" Yet another word for rip off. Then there are the looser bands who can't sing they just make noise and hope that desperate people looking for originality will name them the new "black" What happed to creating your own style have we come full circle that everything has just become redundant. Are we close to the apocalypse when a new intelligent life for will have to take over because we can no longer come up with original concepts. Is this why we now have a show called American idol in which we search the world for the next Britney Spears.
Okay I should stop .This is what happens when I watch too much MTV.
